LE A Novel Use for Sawmills

Okay, so usually it's lumber that is used with the sawmill and sliced in half down the middle, right? But how about that being an execution for an NPC? Something like the Dismemberment mod could be used, as it allows for cutting an NPC in two (albeit across the waist as opposed to straight down the middle). Gruesome, but potentially a lot of fun.

A command might have to be given to get the NPC to lie down (though they would be lying down on something that ordinarily can't be lied down on, so that would have to be changed), or a more absurdly funny alternative would be replacing the lumber that the PC grabs and lifts over his head with the body of the unfortunate NPC.

Some dude was pretending to saw Heimskr's corpse in half on a saw mill blade. *snicker* On the other hand, this would be a unique way to kill your marks in the DB questline.
