Always stuck ("Not responding") on 2nd load.

First game load is fine but if I FT to another region or load another save, it just loads a little bit like 1/5 parts and stays there. In task manager it says that the game is not responding.

I guess that you have reached the texture mods limit which causes infinite loading screens. Check this guide and merge some of your texture packs into the single mod.

Thank you so much, I suspected this was the case, since im running on high/ultra settings 1440P on a measly gtx 770.

I am now having this problem as well? Did you ever fix this issue? I dont have nearly as many texture mods, just a grass mod, griffin redesign, and the HD Reworked Project

Merge mods with Mod Merger or delete some mods. The merged free DLC's also does wonders.
