Rigging a New Creature for Fallout 4

Hello.

 

Recently since the Fallout 4 Creation Kit came out I can finally start modding it, I was looking over some of my old works I did and I used to model creatures with cybernetic implants to give them a "repaired" look, I once created a Cybernetically enhanced RadRoach called Jerry,

I have resurrected him (well a forme of him) for Fallout 4 called Jacob: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/Images/30033/?

 

I also created a Bloatfly with a jetpack (which I will resurrect)

 

Any way my main question is how does one rig a creature for Fallout 4? I can just about do it for Skyrim but I'm assuming it'd be a bit more difficult now, The software I'm using is 3DS MAX 2016 and Nifskope 2.0

 

I hope someone could help me on this because I'd like to make these creatures once again.
