Crashing when making a New game

I'll load a game, and it will work, no troubleshooting or mod errors or issues, cleaned orphan scripts/scripts and everything. Alright, so I'll be at my home mod, Pale Marsh Manor, I'll leave manually instead of fast traveling. Things are still fine.

My Issues

1.) I'll go to Dawnstar manually instead of travel, works fine. I'll get halfway there, and.. you guessed it, I crashed. No warning, just crash.

2.) I'll try to fast travel to each capital, the loading screen was fine, and then I crashed.

More problems below..

Acknowledgements

1.) It cannot be my re-textures for each capital. I have disabled them, loaded the game, and my Skyrim still crashed.

2.) I've used TES5EDIT, LOOT, Script Cleaner and everything is clean. There are no corrupted meshes in my Nexus Mod Manager plugins.

3.) Like said before, my saves/loads are clean, so my mods cannot be affecting Skyrim.

4.) There was some meshes corrupted with landscaping near Falkreath and Riverwood, looked something like carpet? Could it be corrupted meshes? Not sure, but it was never there before.

5.) I'll load the clean script save, and it will still crash.

6.) I try to make a new game, but it crashes immediately after the loading screen is finished loading.

7.) I've rebooted my computer, shut it down, and restart it many times.

8.) I cannot start a new game, so I cannot play. Though, I have removed the saves to a different folder, so they are still there. But in bare in mind, I cannot make a new game.

Please Reply, What Should I Do?

I just want some advice to help this problem. I can send someone my TES5EDIT log if anyone needs visual contact. Anything helps, I'd like to play Skyrim very soon, do I have to download something else? Hopefully you can help. Ask me anything and I may have answers if I haven't included it already. I cannot start a new game, it will crash! Please read acknowledgements before commenting.

First, a couple things:

You cannot completely clean a savegame. Period. Skyrim embeds many game objects, includng script instances,

into a save. Save cleaners are a LAST RESORT and are used to "fix" precise errors only.

With no useful info at all (see the "How to ask for help" pinned thread), I can only offer generic advice.

Okay then, if a new game crashes, that is the priority; whatever is causing that can affect all other saves.

You have TES5Edit. Fire it up and load EVERY active plugin. That's the default behavior, so just click Okay on

the initial plugin selection screen. Watch the Messages and see if it complains about anything

or stops loading. TES5Edit loads plugins just like the game, so it can find load issues. If it

all loads, just quit.

IF you have SKSE (you should have it whether or not any mods require it), look in your savegame folder and

find the SKSE directory after a loading crash. Inside the My Games\Skyrim\SKSE folder, look at the

skse.log file with Notepad or whatever. If some mods couldn't be loaded, the place SKSE stops will be

flagged with errors.

If nothing shows up above, Verify your Game Files through Steam. That will replace any cleaned original

esm's, but won't affect any mods. Disable ALL mods; only activate original game esm and DLC plugins.

Fire up Steam and launch Skyrim from the Skyrim Launcher, even if you use MO or skse. Choose a NEW game.

See if it crashes on load. If the carriage ride seems okay, just quit as soon as the game

will let you.

We really need your LOOT sorted modlist, the mod manager you use, whether you have SKSE or not, whether

you run an ENB or ENBoost or not, and whether you modified your Skyrim and/or SkyrimPrefs INI files or not.
