phillipethegamer Posted May 2, 2016 Share Posted May 2, 2016 I was thinking Fallout 4 is missing some Western aspect to it. I know it has more of Colonial-Pratriotic theme, but i guess i love New Vegas way to much to ignore. I was mostly thinking of Cowboy like clothing and armor pieces, and old west guns, mainky my favorite one: The Winchester 1873 Carbine. If anyone knows any mods that might have some of the content im looking for, that be nice. If i ever get to modding myself, ill update this page. I think the only thing I was saddened a little by with vanilla FO4 was that there really aren't any modern day weapons in the game besides the hunting rifle/shotgun/revolver. Then again its Bethesda that did this and not Obsidian, which with Obsidian they always stayed true to the fallout 1/2 setup of the world with the more modernized futuristic setup, whereas Bethesda went with the much more retro futuristic setting. Still it would have been nice to see more variety in the modernized weapons rather than the stranger weapons like the combat rifle/shotgun (which aren't TOO far off from being modern) and then that beached whale of a gun the Assault Rifle (Which where did that even come from? Not a single thing about that gun is really consistent with previous games) Here's to hoping we get more fun toys to play with that come directly from FO:NV though, I miss that Hi-Power 9mm :( Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
