CTD at main menu, error in log

Every time I start up the game, I get to the menu when the Fallout New Vegas title and New Game, Load Game, Options etc. are meant to appear but they do not and then the game CTDs. I have many mods installed through Mod Organiser but an error each time it crashes specifically tells me there are files to overwrite in my load order.

 

Mod Organiser gives me this log, which mentions menus so I think that might narrow it down somewhat?

Anyone know what to do? Any answers are appreciated.
