milosz86 Posted May 8, 2016 Share Posted May 8, 2016 Im looking for a mod that will nerf dmg values of bleed and explosive legendary prefixess. Games get silly easy after you get 1 of this on proper gun. If there would be a way no make explosive bullets do less dmg in less area and bleed doesn't do more dmg than weapon itself.
