Can't build the concrete objects in settlement building that are supposed be in the wasteland workshop dlc.Couldn't find anything by googling. Are there perk requirements? Please help! endersblade Posted May 13, 2016 Share Posted May 13, 2016 There are no perk requirements, they're available right from the start. What mods are you using, are they updated, and have you checked to make sure they're in the proper load order? Some older mods had issues with removing menu options in the Settlement build menu.
