Programm terminal to enable/disable switches at certain time of day

I like lights at my settlement at night. What I don't like, to have them on during day time. I can't manage them manually, because I dont want to return to my settlement during night, just to find it at complete darkness. A terminal automatic programm would be the best solution. For axample, to be able to set a terminal to turn switches on at your preferable time, like 10 pm, and turn it off at 6 am.
