Looking for a specific mod, been looking around the internets but can't find it,

and when I asked the person who took the picture where I saw it I got ignored...

So I turn to the forums hoping for help... Does anyone know where I can download this outfit??

It's exactly what I want but I can't find it anywhere... TT_TT
