Character hair table?

Hello there,

 

just to understand the reason i like to know what effects the following.

 

Have the h66 Litheria body installed and installed HDT hairdos as next. All races except the litheria have now 74 hairytypes in the racemenu. Existing litheria char is immune against it, have only 19 plain skyrim hair styles available. Starting a new game with litheria will result in 74 hairstyles with HDT hairdos.

 

Entering racemenu with the existing char, it will change to 74 hairstyles when changing the race away from litheria and back to 19 hairstyles when back on litheria. So there is no hair limit in the litheria race, but within existing char. Are there some kind of hair tables in the savegame?
