The idea is to combine that snazzy new Marine Armor with the cool New Vegas Ranger duster, and have a beutiful new armor. I would try to do it myself but I really don't have the time to learn how to do this kind of work. If someone does this I'd be truely greatful.

I imagine there would be a ton of clipping issues

I've actually been looking to make a riot armor unique to Boston and Maine that is similar to the Ranger armor and how it is made from LAPD riot armor.

That would be cool, you could use the marine armor as the base and scale the pieces down a bit to fit under a duster or maybe integrate them as past of the duster itself

I was thinking of having only some of the armor going over parts of the duster, and legs area, but keeping the chest piece in tact.
