Skyout 40k: The Snospis of Darkness (A community mod idea)

So this isn't as much of a request as it is a group idea discussion/ collaborative fan fiction. So let me explain the titles that make up that tile. So it is a cross of Skyrim (of course), Fallout (why not), Warhammer 40k, Snospis eht (a weird youtube series), and world of darkness. So here goes the ideer'.

"In the grim darkness of the future of Tameriel, there is only unchanging war" - Book of Snospis 4:10

Tameriel is now in the 40th era, where technology makes the achievements of the Dwemer of the far past look primitive in comparison. The Empire, now ruled by the descendant of the Dovahkiin only known as "The Dragon Emperor of Mundas" is fighting not any faction, but Chaos itself. In the form of mutants, undead, beings from different universes (sometimes called sectors of the multiverse), and against the inevitable Snospis Heresy, foretold by the Knights of Sheogorath. The battle so far is in a tie, but other subtle factors through the empire may bring hindrances in the struggle.

In the world of shadows, where thieves, criminals, and other more diabolical things lie comes a conflict to be reckoned with. Vampires tug at the strings of politics, while partaking in (not so) cold wars with the different clans they are in. Werewolves are fighting for acceptance as not just weapons of war, but as citizens of the empire, all while fighting a new threat by the name of "Wendigos". Rumors in the mage social circle say that many a mage have been having dreams of the PSSJ and a great power they hold. In the more religious circle of things, many people have been saying Daedric possession is factual, and beings called "Changelings" have been spotted, sporting odd features. Paranormal enthusiasts have recently passed on an urban legend of a type of ghost with no particular haunt, and often being less transparent than a normal ghost.

In relation to ghosts, undead have been a large issue as of late, forming what imperial tactical forces called a "Swarm". Liches, zombies, Prometheans, skeletons, ghouls, ghosts and spectres included, and a number of "unclassified" forms. Nobody knows the reason for such brutal assaults on the empire, or at least that is what propaganda says. Anyone with a substantial army would attack the Empire for it's tyranny, harshness, and contradictory laws. The leader of the assault is rumored to be a former Space Legate Primach and Battle Mage, Rasputin Fjorison, or simply Rasputin. The rumors are believed to be false by the majority of people, since it was recorded that Rasputin was blasted apart by a Snospis Rift. But recorded can always be tampered with, or misrecorded.

What can also be tampered with is genetics. Many a boon have come from Dr. Varano's "Genetic Rehabilitation and Modification" program, like the revival of the Falmer people, a cure for "minor" vampirism, and of course the vital components for the creation of Space Legates! However for every shiny side of a drake, there is a side where the sun does not shine. Meta Humoniods known as "Augmutants" have been terrorizing Industrial districts around Tameriel, mainly in Neo Orsinium. Additionally many of the revived Falmer race, or more commonly known as Dhamphirs, have been showing signs of mutation, which some speculate to be potentially dangerous. Parties like the Order of Steel believe these augmutants to be absolute chaos, and must be purged. However the Knights Inclusis believe that Augmutants could be a great asset to the fight against chaos, something they call "Controlled Chaos". The problem facing the execution of either of these methods is a large Augmutant by the name of "Daemon Lord Dante", a 12 foot horned giant who the Augmutants seem to follow. If the Augmutants ever unite for what they call "WAAAH!", disaster is sure to fall upon the Empire.

In disasters already in place, the Snospis Heresy is in full effect. A warp in reality, a change in the universe, something that makes even Sithis shiver, is the Snospis Heresy, an invasion of worlds! Jaundice lifeforms with mechanical voices have came out Rifts, tears in the fabric of reality. Despite being something Sheogorath would USUALLY approve of, he has decided that a being taking his role from him is unholy to him, and thus marking it The Heresy, the only time Sheogorath has ever seriously used that word. Sheogorath has called upon his followers to fight in his name, to purge the Heretical Snospii. In order to do this, Sheogorath himself has been cooperating with The Dragon Emperor of Mundas to find rifts, and shut them down with a combination of Daedric and Draconic magics. The leaders, or at least the most coherent of the Snospii have been Identified as Marge, Lisa, Maggie, Homer, and the infamous Harbinger of the end times to come, Bart. May the gods, be they Daedra or Aedra, help all who stand, breath and submit to the soil, those who belong to the mortal coil.

So that's what I got so far. Like I said, this is a community forged idea, so if you have anything to add let's hear it! Oh, and for more inspiration and the sources of this lovely abomination of an idea, some wikis and links.
