I have started a new survival game with mods, I am barely an hour into the game and have run into an invisible wall around the red rocket settlement, which extends all the way to the dead Brahmin at Concord (I can go around it and get to concord but cannot get into the settlement.) I can go into sanctuary if that helps. I installed this mod that removes invisible walls and it works with the perimeter around the map, but not at the red rocket. (it was a .ini tweak: bBorderRegionsEnabled=0)

If you can help with this then thank you so much, it isn't game ruining but I don't know how many more areas it affects (survival mode disables console commands)

If you need the console back you can use THIS.

 

I haven't encountered this problem myself but I've seen another thread around here about it. Maybe you can get in touch with the OP and see if there's any solutions?
