Distant land color change ?

See the terrible color differences between the land with grass and the one without ?

 

 

 

So I was wondering, is there any way, or mod, to make the difference a bit smaller ? Like somewhat coloring the distant land the same color as the grass supposed to be on it ? Meaning no FPS collateral damage.

I'm picky as fudge, but this is really ruining the immersive experience to me.
