Alright, So here we go this is how to fix that pesky Compile Error even when you know the mods have been update. Just for the record I've used mods before but never via mod folder official method. With this said I will put an example and links will be below.

Maybe you have installed mods and they do not want to launch with the game. your probably thinking to yourself, But when I launch the game I get this Compile error: (Or something similar)

Error [content0]game\gameplay\focus\focus.ws(202): Function 'LogWithName' does not take 1 param(s)
Error [content0]game\gameplay\focus\focus.ws(262): Function 'LogWithName' does not take 1 param(s)
Error [content0]game\gui\menus\gwintgamemenu.ws(105): Function 'LogWithName' does not take 1 param(s)
Error [content0]game\player\states\vehicles\horseriding.ws(44): Function 'LogWithName' does not take 1 param(s)
Error [content0]game\player\states\vehicles\sailing.ws(56): Function 'LogWithName' does not take 1 param(s)
Error [content0]game\player\states\playerdialogstate.ws(46): Function 'LogWithName' does not take 1 param(s)
Error [content0]game\player\states\aimthrow.ws(39): Function 'LogWithName' does not take 1 param(s)
Error [content0]game\player\states\combat.ws(123): Function 'LogWithName' does not take 1 param(s)
Error [content0]game\player\states\exploration.ws(55): Function 'LogWithName' does not take 1 param(s)
Error [content0]game\player\states\swimming.ws(247): Function 'LogWithName' does not take 1 param(s)
Warning [content0]engine\telemetrykeyword.ws(9): Native function 'Log' was not exported from class 'CR4TelemetryScriptProxy' in C++ code.
Warning [content0]engine\environment.ws(25): Global native function 'EnableDebugOverlayFilter' was not exported from C++ code.
Warning [content0]engine\environment.ws(27): Global native function 'EnableDebugPostProcess' was not exported from C++ code.
Warning [content0]engine\showflags.ws(9): Global native function 'DebugSetEShowFlag' was not exported from C++ code.
Do not fret the issue is the way the patch implemented itself and this will cause some minor issues aka with the telemetryKeyword.ws
So there is a replacement and its relatively easy all you need to do is download {this Fix} after downloading you want to make a backup in case something weird happens and you run into any issues.
optional - Copy and paste this to a well known and safe location (The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\content)
Now with that out of the way your going to want to place the file directly into the The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt dir. this will prompt up a file replacement this will replace the telementryKeyword.ws file.(The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\content\content0\scripts\engine)
After you have finished the game should run as usual and you will no longer have compile errors.
Note: If you have any issues with this you can try and check the comments section in the link dump as well as another method should any happen. This worked for me so I can happily say it does work.
Note Note: I made this guide as I was having this issue and found it during the process  enjoy!

downloaded this fix through nmm but still getting same script errors any other advice

?

Make sure you use the potion to refund all points used in mutations and start over on them. This worked for me.

Furthermore, I noticed the slot only first unlocked once three of four slots were unlocked (I had the issue with the first slot being locked)
