A "grab and lift anything" mod.

I want to be able to grab and move around anything that has physics including but not limited to Super Mutant corpses, Deathclaw corpses, and cars.

Especially cars.

Also this dog: http://puu.sh/pkczH/2112c111e8.jpg Why can't I lift this dog? I have 10 strength.

Basically I think it would be fun to never see the message "The item is too heavy to carry." ever again.
