Radio Moscow - an immersive Communist Radio mod! (CK experts needed!)

Greebings and salivations, all. I am ComradePants, depraved enthusiast of Communist music and longtime Fallout fan. For some time, I have been laboring for a mod for Fallout 3 and New Vegas known as Radio Moscow. This mod was, essentially, what would happen if a mentally unhinged ghoul with a yen for balalaika music and ushankas found a radio transmitter. I had recorded and mastered all of the dialogue and had leveled a bunch of Communist music from around the Communist world that I have sitting in a vast archive. Then, sadly, the development issues began to take hold.

My coder dropped out and eventually the project languished in development hell. Now, with mods out on consoles, I've taken another look at the project despite all of the controversy swirling around that particular rollout. The data is all there and has held up well, so if anyone can swing the sort of Creation Kit mastery that I could never muster, it would be fantastic if we could push this out for Fallout 4! I'm redoing a lot of the DJ titles to fit the new game and maybe reference the Minutemen, the Commonwealth, Synths, and many other interesting points of commentary. In fact, if people like it we might even work in a companion or in game location if there's interest in such things. I was heavily inspired by the stellar WRVR addon and would love to shoot for that level of quality with this. Think you're up to the task? I'd love to hear from you!

This mod has been an ongoing labor of love for me, so I'd love to see it finally come to fruition after a long and troubled development process.

You may never find someone as enthusiastic as you about this with CK knowledge. There is however a tutorial written for people unfamiliar with the CK on making a radio station mod. Since it sounds like you have the genuinely much harder to gain technical audio knowledge needed for this, I suspect you'll be pleasantly surprised at how easy to learn the CK portion will be compared to the kinds of things you already know. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12996/?

Well, that is indeed helpful. If I can ever find the PC version for cheap, I may just bite the bullet and get it so I can finish the mod myself since it's evidently easier to run the CK than it is to fiddle with audio post-production and cleanup. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction should I need to go that route.
