I feel like this would be a bit more realistic because there is obviously nothing stopping you from sleeping someone's bed in real life except for the person who owns the bed forcing you out, so maybe there could be optional time limits on how long you can sleep in owned beds and options for the well rested bonus, if you want it or not. Someone DM this guy or myself if they know why no one has ever made a mod that does this for Fallout 4 yet. These mods were always the staple of a survival playthrough and yet Fallout 4 is the only Bethesda title that doesn't have this mod type. FYI, Skyrim SE has the "You can Sleep SKSE" mod and also has campfires due to Frostfall so there's no reason why there isn't a mod such as your request unless if it's out of technical limitation cause Bethesda changed something in the furniture marker scripts tied to sleeping etc. You haven't got a reply since 2016 and everyone I asked this on reddit literally said "setownership command" or "campfires" or "couch surfer" or some variant of that.
