If your game keeps crashing @ title screen

I run Windows7 64 Bit and Skyrim kept crashing when I would hit new game and couldn't figure out why.

 

Someone had posted to try this and it worked great so just passing it along.

 

I hope it helps anyone who has the same issue...

 

Do the following:

 

Start -> Control Panel -> Sound

 

Select the output speakers being used and click Properties

 

Under the advanced tab, change the sample rate to 24 bit / 44100 Hz
