OK so i tried several different save games and even a few new games along with downloaded saves from nexus and he doesn't show up i have looked where you said in your dialog video but hes nowhere to be seen

As far as I love hearing it swear the commies in german, the echo sounds a bit odd too. This or it speaks too loud for being so tiny. It would be even more noticeable indoors.

Playing the BoS quest to march him to CIT, I was level 58 (long story...) and his level didn't scale, as he was still level 42. This despite the fact that every BoS member around me was scaled to within 3 levels of me. I'm pretty sure they just made his default weapons so insanely OP that they'd be insta-kills no matter what level Liberty Prime himself spawned at.

Frankly I'm surprised he didn't kill the Mirelurk Queen with just one shot.

I reduced critical charge to 15 and I will see if it makes my laser weaker.
I think 3 or 4 Laser Beams until 1 Kill should be fine!
