New Vegas Redesigned 3 Pink bodies

Hi, for the past few days I've been trying to fix this and it's coming to no luck so I've decided to come here for help or any advice.

A lot of you will know Dracomies well known New Vegas Redesigned 3 mod, a brilliant character overhaul to the game and we know he is doing more enhancements to the mod such as fixing bugs and getting new voice actors.

However I'm having a problem where females have normal faces but their entire body is pink. I knew this is a problem with the textures so I went in there to fix it and whenever I delete the NVR textures/characters files that come with it, the bodies are back in how they are normally but I don't get the brilliant overhaul content the mod offers which is a kick in the balls.

Before asking yes I do have archiveinvalidation installed and I have bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles=0, changed to =1.

I've been trying to see which textures are having problems and have looked up any problems that are similarly happening but have had no luck so I've come here for help.

I don't think any of the mods I have is causing corruption because I disabled all the mods I had (aside from the main dlc and NVR itself) and still had the problem. But if you need to look at my load order to see if anything could be causing the problem then check it here.

Suggest you take a look at the TESTG "Troubleshooting" page. Note that most problems use the word "usually". This is deliberate. Symptoms are not always identical to the description, especially between games where the colors of missing textures are concerned. In particular take a look at "Invisible or Solid Surface" sub-topic, which I think most likely from your description of the problem.

Symptoms are not always identical to the description, especially between games where the colors of missing textures are concerned. Dracomies recommends disabling the FCO masters.

 

Toggle archive invalidation. Pink skins are usually textures not being loaded or found.

So nothing that should be editing bodies. I also have archive invalidation on and have made the .ini changes for races to match heads...

Let me get this clear: You are having this "pink bodies" problem with, or without, FCO? Because I don't see FCO in your load order. In which case, why are you using the INI changes for "races to match heads"? Which mod is changing heads? (And exactly which INI changes?)

 

(This is why it's better to start your own thread instead of hijacking someone else's. Circumstances are seldom identical, and little details matter.)

 

Try toggling ArchiveInvalidation off and then back on, just to see if it makes a difference.
