Marked for Death Shader Bug

I started to play skyrim again and updated most of my mods, the current character i'm playing is an argonian that uses marked for death (like spiting poison, for roleplay), but the purple shader that npcs shows when they are hit by the shout doesn't show at all. They still take the damage effect and i can see the shout flying to the enemies but i can't see the visual effect of that purple shader.

 

I've been spending hours to fix this bug but i can't find a solution. Please help!
