Windhelm CTD

HI! Thanks for clicking and helping me out with this annoying problem!

 

So here is the run down, I have this computer I have been slowly working on for two years now, so I know its as stable as can be. It has an AMD R9 380 and 8Gbs of ram. Now i have a lot of mods installed on skyrim to make it look absolutely breath taking, and the game has been working really well! Except windhelm. My character is brand spanking new, level 5 Nord, and was created after all of these mods have been installed. I have tried turning every single mod off, I've tried installing a ram allocater mod or something like that, and I've even tried waiting a week (in game far away from windhelm) for the cells to refresh, but for some reason as soon as I cross this invisible border the game just CTDs. I have tried googling it and have clicked on every result on the first page of google with no avail. I've even tried clearing the Windhelm meshes\architecture folder and still nothing. Any help and suggestions would be appreciated!

• Correct your masters load order : Skyrim.esm, Update.esm, Dawnguard.esm, HearthFires.esm, Dragonborn.
• Use L.O.O.T once and click on the "sort plugins buttons"
• It can be a simple conflict between mods, untick all your mods from launcher / mod manager and test in game. If it worked, tick the mods slowly untill you crash again.
• Create a merged patch with Tesedit excluding leveled lists
• Create a wryebash patch including leveled lists.
• Have you installed the skse patch or SSME ? (don't install both...) Windhelm is a known resources demanding place. You're currently using resources demandings things like hirez textures pack, among other things. Make sure your specs can handle them. The more you use your resources, the more unstable your game will be.
