Thing is,when a modder does a set of "warmer" fur, studded, or whatever armor, why don't they figure outa way to protect the upper chest...particularly on the female npcs. I usually compensate for the exposure by giving them a scarfed fur hood to wear. There're also mods for scarves, and so forth.So, it's not really an issue but I'd still like to know why the bare neck is retained. Is it a vanillaprogram issue or what?
