Skyrim 100 disk usage

I get disk usage 100% only when playing skyrim and in game i have 30-40 fps, disk is fine when i'm not playing. I used to play it before without hitting100%. Also i have the popular crash fixes and enb boost from the nexus. I'm not an expert so i'd like to know what can i do to fix this situation, i'm playing on a lenovo laptop:
