Neck gap help

Is there anyone who can help me with a visible neck gap... not seam, a gap? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! That said, I use UNP base main body and True Daughters of Skyrim combined with WSCO. Thanks in advance for any help given.

I Will give you some ideas and hope that you will find true solutions to your problems.

I think neck gaps usually means meshes of head and body are not compatible with each other Or wrong size.

Can you try different meshes to see if it work. Try bodyslide..

Or if you dont care about nudity, You can equip some collar or any armor with neck coverings to cover the gap.

Thanks for your help... but damn I was seriously impatient... I found the perfect answer... and it's so simple as well. For anyone who may stumble across this post days, weeks, months, or years from now, this is what you do:

1. Start a new character, import a preset, or save the head you have now as a preset (basically the look you have now, save it as a preset so you can import/load it in Racemenu)

2. Go into Racemenu (console command + showracemenu)

3. Click on sculpt

4. Now use the "mask brush" and glide your mouse along the bottom on the neckline (no need to be careful, just go crazy)

5. Make sure it's all the way around the neckline, completely dark blue

6. Now import/load your saved preset (f9) and there you have it, a fairly smooth neckline.

Still a little bit of a neck seam, but it's honestly not bad at all.

  • 4 years later...

So several years later, but I thought I'd chime in...

Before trying all the above steps, my solution was even simpler by far. I have my body preset saved as its own shape, same for low- and high-weight, so all I had to do was open Racemenu and adjust the weight of my character and it was perfectly seamless.
