Sevlucent Posted July 23, 2016 Share Posted July 23, 2016 (edited) Have you taken a look at The Art of Fallout 4? If you haven't, The Art of Fallout 4 is the art book for... well, Fallout 4. To get to my point, the concepts in this art book are quite impressive. I'm talking weapons, armour, clothing, creatures and NPC types. There looks like there's quite a bit of room for re-textures and/or new models entirely to be modded into the game.
