Firestorm with Blizzard effect

So basically, I'm looking for something that makes the firestorm ritual spell have the same effect (whirlwind and similar damage type but with fire instead of frost) as the blizzard spell. Doesn't have to be the exact same spells, could be a custom spell that someone made.
Anyway, enough rambling. Does anyone know of such a thing? Or know how to make it (and wouldn't mind teaching me)?
