Random CTDs whilst playing every 30-60mins

I have recently purchased Skyrim and began modding it, I have 94 mods and 98 plugins. The issue is that whenever I am playing I will randomly CTD. This happens every 30 to 60mins. I also doubt that it is a hardware related issue (my game runs an ultra high settings with graphical mods at 60fps). I done 3 clean uninstalls, reinstalled all my mods 2 times, I use Nexus Mod Manager, SKSE and order my plugin list according to LOOT, however still my game experiences these CTDs. I have no idea what the issue is. Any help would be appreciated.

I ended up deleting Sounds of Skyrim ages ago 'cuz it was messing with my game. Granted, I might have been a bit hasty but I'm pretty sure you at least need a patch for SOS and ELFX. (Sorry if you have it and I missed it, my eyes tend to glaze over a bit when looking at mod lists.)

The CTDs seem to have stopped however I crash when I am in Whiterun.

Turns out I didn't even have an SKSE.ini
