Hi Guys!

I'm About To Build My Own Gaming PC And Before I Buy All The Parts I would like to know if my choices are good for Hardware.

Could You Guys Also Tell Me How Some Games Would Run?

Fallout 4 (Modded)

DOOM

Overwatch

Skyrim (Heavily Modded)

CPU:

Intel i7 @4.0GHz Expensive

or:

Intel i3 @3.7GHz Cheap

GPU:

Nvidia GeForce GTX 950

With:

Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti

Motherboard:

ASUS Maximus VIII Hero

RAM:

4 GSkill Ripjaws 4 Series All Add Up To 32GB of RAM

Power Supply:

EVGA SuperNOVA g2 80PLUS gold

Disc Drive:
LG UH12NS30 Blu-Ray Drive
I'm Not Sure On What Cooler (NOT Liquid)

Or What Coolant Mixture To Use So If You Guys Could Recommend One Then That Will Be Really Apreciated!

Anything I Missed Out?

Cpu:

The core i5 is currently best for gaming.

Gpu:

Neither with these games you can barely get by at 1080p, you need a gtx1060 or rx480 for a normal gaming pc

Motherboard:

Total overkill if you are not going to overclock the cpu

RAM:

Get the cheapest 8gb DDR4 set

Power supply:

Really a 1000 watts? with a 750ti a good 300w or 400w would be enough.

You missed a case and primary storage and windows.

The should help:

If you want an easy list of possible builds, then you really cannot go wrong with this one from the PCMasterRace sub Reddit.

Builds:

https://www.reddit.com/r/PCMasterRace/wiki/builds

Also, some good cases to look into would be the Fractal Design Define S, the Phanteks Eclipse P400, the Phanteks Entho Pro M or the NZXT 2340. All of them have video reviews on YouTube by the HardwareCanucks if you're curious about the specs for each case. All of them are good in their own right.

The ASRock Z170 Extreme4 looks good

Do not go cheap for the motherboard and power supply.

As for the case: I am currently a fan of Phanteks

An ssd will make you a lot happier but you can add it later.

Why not windows 10? You can get it really cheap in some places.

I've heard that windows ten has had some privacy issues so i decided to wait out for a bit.

I've looked at the Windows 10 Advantages and disadvantages and yeah.. They added things from cortana to 8 and 8.1 so it would be best to get 10
