Can't ads modded weapons to game/find weapon ID's

I have several weapon mods for fallout 4, However when trying to spawn them in, I do the command [help "name" 4] however I get no item ID.

I just keep getting the viewer string not available error.

 

Am I doing something wrong? Any suggestions?

 

I've already updated all of my mods to the newest verions. thank you.
