Hi Guys,

I want to share my alchemy recipes with you. All recipes try to use ingredients that are as easy to come by as possible and also have multiple effects.

 

Potions

 

Street Fighting Man (alltime favourite)

Blue Mountain Flower + Wheat

- Restore Health + Fortify Health

 

Sister Morphine

Charred Skeever Hide + Mudcrap Chitin

- Cure Desease + Resist Poison + Restore Stamina

 

Gimme Shelter

Hawk Beak + Wisp Wrappings

- Fortify Carry Weight + Restore Stamina

 

As Tears go by

Garlic + Juniper Berries + Salt

- Regenerate Health + Regenerate Magicka

 

Can't U hear me knockin?

Juniper Berries + Spider Eggs

- Fortify Marksman

 

Anybody seen my baby?

Luna Moth Wings + Vampire Dust

- Invisibility + Regenerate Health

 

Play with Fire

Bonemeal + Snowberry + Purple Mountain Flower

Here's a few poison recipes, haven't tested any of these...

 

My favourite is

Deathbell + Giant Lichen + Skeever tail

= Damage Health, Ravage Health, Weakness to Poison

 

Deathbell + River Betty + Small Antlers

= Damage health, weakness to poison, slow

 

Deathbell + Imp Stool + Crimson Nirnroot***

=Damage health

*** I used Skyrim Alchemy Assistant 1.31 for the 3rd one, shows damage magnitude as 6... gotta test it when I get home.

 

River Betty + Death Bell + Silverside Perch

=Damage Stamina regen, Damage health, ravage health.

Alchemy Basics:

• 
   
  
• Combining two ingredients with the same effect gives you a potion poison with that effect
  
• If two ingredients have two effect that are the same then the potion/poison will have both effects
  
• The same concept applies with making potions/poisons with three effects
  
• All effects that show on at leas two of the three ingredients will show up in the finalproduct
  

The power of the effect depends:

• 
   
  
• your skill in alchemy
  
• alchemy perks
  
• potion effects
  
• gear enchants
  

 

Most combinations of Giants Toe/Blue Butterfly Wing/Blue Mountain Flower/Wheat will produce a restore health/fortify health potion. They sell $$$.

 

You can farm Giants Toe, Creep Cluster and Wheat from World locations (giant camps, swamps and farms) to mix a potion that levels alchemy really fast. 5 - 10 potions to level depending.

 

Weakness to Fire = Ice Wraith Teeth + Juniper Berries + Moon Sugar

Paralysis = Imp Stoal + Canis Root

Paralysis and Damage Health = Canis Root + Imp Stool + River Betty

Slow = Deathbell + Large Antlers + Salt Pile

Damage Health + Slow = Deathbell + River Betty

Damage Health = Deathbell + Imp Stool + Nightshade,

Damage Health = Red Mountain Flower + Skeever Tail + Small Antlers

Invisibility and Regen Health = Luna Moth Wing + Vampire Dust

Regen Magicka, Fortify Magicka, Restore Magicka = Red Mountain Flower + Jazbay Grapes + Moon Sugar

Resist Fire, Resist Frost, Resist Shock = Fly Amanita + Hawk Beak + Snowberries

Resist Fire + Resist Frost + Resist Poison = Mudcrab Chitin + Snowberries + Thistle Branch
