It's so clunky and honestly as long as you have a good gun you don't need that high of defense since you can kill the bad guys first. On top of that I find I'm always "baby sitting" my power armor, trying not to lose it. I have an idea.. Would someone who knows how the hell to make good mods make a suit of power armor that isn't clunky, but instead offers a higher speed bonus? Like there wouldn't be much armor rating or defense and if a re-texture is to be done it would look fairly flimsy, but it's main purpose is transporting you from place to place at an accelerated pace. My image of it would be almost like an exo-skeleton, with no helmet or anything, mainly making you run way faster, but it would technically be an older version of the power armor. I think it would be really cool and something I would use all the time in my game, as I don't see a huge use for the existing power armor. Anyways, if someone with the modding skills would be willing to make this mod, that would be so sick. Or if someone could kinda explain how it could be done (I have minimal modding experience, I've messed about with the Creation Kit and FO4Edit for a while trying to figure out how but haven't found a way)I'll update if I can figure out my own way and link the mod, but if someone who knows more about mods could do it that would be awesome.
