Spoiler

This is a complete shot in the dark, but are your saves any color other than purple? If so, have you tried rt-clicking a save and selecting 'load masters'?

Spoiler

Sorry- I think I have misread your OP- are you referring to the main window in the mods tab? If that is a tiny window then there is the same issue with the Installers and other tabs. Or is it referring to any of the reports from the right-click menus? A screenshot would help.
The uninstall- re-install method should be tried first before proceeding with any other troubleshooting.
Are there issues with the default window positions of other programs e.g. Notepad?
Need more info as well- e.g. Operating System. If it's W10 then try running WB in compatibility mode for Windows 7.

Try the suggestion in the sticky post "Problems after installing Wrye Bash", in the spoiler ..

1. Close Wrye Bash
2. Go into : Documents \ My games \ <Gamename> \
3. Delete any files named with Bash in there ( BashSettings.dat

In your case I think you only need to delete the BashSettings.dat file which stores things like windows sizes.

It has been known to be easily done that you can accidently drag n drop a window edge beyond being able to grab it again

Wrye Bash will automatically deactivate any mods it can fully merge into the Bashed Patch .. Freeing up some of your precious mod slots.
You can always tell it no when the pop up comes up asking you if you want it to do that.
Have you read the documentation ?

Spoiler

i did not fully read the documentation, i just followed some tutorials for creating a bashed patch for leveled lists.
i can tell that the mods are not fully carried over since i still have the starting spells and altars still cure diseases.
some of my saves are orange. i updated some mods a few days ago, so i guess that's why.

Spoiler

Maybe when you updated your mods your Load Order also changed a little ?

From the advanced readme linked in the description here on nexus ..

http://wrye-bash.git...l#saves-symbols

Wrye Bash can be a bit of a beast when it comes to someone just wanting to do a Bashed Patch, there is so much to it the documentation can seem a bit daunting. My old Wrye Bash Pictorial Guide (also linked in the description) might be better for you to follow, but remember it was written for the Oblivion game, its a bit old now so if you have further questions or confusion afterwards, the official Documentation (General and Advanced) is the place to reference.

Spoiler

I'm talking about the mod window in the "Saves" tab.

Off to the right, there's a windows that shows which mods a save is dependent upon. For some reason, the window is only tall enough to show one mod at a time. Due to a design oversight of the application, the window cannot be enlarged.

@alt3rn1ty

I'll give it a shot.

Edited to add:
Yep. That did the trick. Thank you.

I gotta say, it sure would be nice if a person could make sense of the settings file, so they could customize the application.
I mean, I would like to make the window even taller, so I could see more of the mods.

Or better yet, stretch the damned window from within the application.

Seriously, whomever made Wrye Bash didn't seem to think things all the way through. You can drag the top bar all the way down to where it shortens the window, but there's no way to make the window taller.

(FYI, I didn't intentionally make the window only tall enough to see one mod at a time. I don't even know how that happened, because dragging that top bar down only shortebs to window to where you can see 5 mods at a time.)
