WiseOldBill Posted August 29, 2016 Share Posted August 29, 2016 Been having an issue with my skyrim recently affecting the NPC's but also somehow breaking the games intro cutscene. NPC's dont talk, any dialogue is a blank stare while the subtitles roll at the base of the screen. Ive been trying multiple fixes and managed to partially fix the issue.
