farcry4 Mod that removes button mash minigame when attacked by animals?

I wouldn't mind it otherwise, but I'm trying to enjoy the game in my living room using a Steam controller, which the game thinks is a keyboard/mouse not a gamepad. So I'm asked to mash a random key that I don't have. Pretty silly and frustrating.
