Very very low setting pc

Hey guys, I'm a RPG lover and also a poor person. I need to know if there is a mod to lower the graphics to the extreme.
My PC :
i5 3.20 Ghz 8 gigs of RAM and a graphics card Nvidia GT 610.
Ws an old PC and I have more. If so or someone can help me because I was given the game but I run to 9 fps in low. Thank you.

but that spec is higher than my:(,

and my pc is 60 fps on very low on 1366 x 768 setting without any single lag

good news, i have some tips

basic one :

1. play on low resolution (lowest pixel resolution)

2. turn off /set low all setting in option>graphic

3. close other app/services who unnessary for gaming, that include rendering/scan/download/upload/compress/decompresion

4. if necesery turn off internet and close steam

5. use razor game booster to play game

advance one :

1. turn off antivirus when play game or add exlusion game folder on antivirus(if you have 2 antivirus, unistall useless one, that is fps killer)

2. defrag your game folder before playing

3. update drivers
