Any chance of there being a optional auto update button in the client?

Just a question/suggestion of there being a optional auto update button in the client

as i have tons of mods that i have to manually update and i get fed up with it.

 

I know i probably should try to keep up to date with it on a weekly basis but i honestly hardy ever check as i just play until a new update comes out for fallout then i check after a few days and there's tons of updates to download.

 

I don't know how i did it, but earlier this year i clicked on the check for updates and i swear a few of the mods i use updated on there own to the newest version.
