Someone wants to behead some Nazis in Skyrim (at least I hope that's the reason). I don't think many people will want to make it though. Touchy subject and for good reason. In this case, I feel you'd be better off making it yourself (or just using the one with Thalmor symbols instead of real Nazi symbols) as the odds of someone else making this and putting it on this site are pretty low.
