Help with making a very simple mod

I want to edit the paraphrase text in the dialogue wheel. I found that the text is located in the .tlk files. I used ME3Explorer to transform the biogame .tlk file into an .xml and modified all the text I wanted. Now, I suppose I have to to transform that .xml back into a .tlk but what comes after that?

I also want to edit some of the From Ashes's .tlk files, but how do I override those? The mod folder has the game's BIOGame folder structure, right? I suppose I have to create a folder named DLC inside my mod's folder and create another folder inside it for the From Ashes's files.

The mod folder would look like this:

mod folder -> CookedPCConsole -> BIOGame_INT.tlk

-> DLC -> DLC_HEN_PR -> CookedPCConsole -> DLC_HEN_PR_INT.tlk

I hope I made myself clear. I got this far on my own but now I'm stuck.

Here's the info on making that mod folder for yourself. I'd recommend, even if it's just for yourself, to clean up the tlk to only have the changes you want. You may have already done that but just making sure.

Basically, it's not super easy. Maybe grab a "DLC mod" and at least borrow the Default.sfar from that as we modders pretty much use all the same one of that particular file.
