LE New Race Idea (Inspired by dead mod)

So I know this sounds stupid, humans in nirn how will this ever work. But I think it very well could and be expanded on to make it a unique mod in on it's own. I believe it would change the game in a fun and interesting way at the same time allowing you to start as a truly blank slate carving your own path in the game for a new role-playing experience for roleplayers. Maybe instead of using Magicka for spells you can use a sort of energy points for other abilities that would use technology (maybe some revamped dwemer assests but I'm getting ahead of myself). Or maybe you could say implants were put into this human in order to mimic magic and this also could be expanded on if wanted. This can all get tweaked on but the very core is just adding a fun unique race, and I'd like someone to make this since I'm a a amatuer coder and if no one takes it I'll try to make it myself (won't be so great). I just believen it won't get buried under all the race mods out there even as the original did i think that maybe even it could catch MXR's eye or brodual maybe even gopher if it's eye catching enough.
