Prentiss
Hello!I've been playing Skyrim on my non-gaming, terrible (actually what am I saying, this thing puts up with so much of my s***) laptop ever since the game came out. I've actually packed this thing up with mods but I'm sure the outcome is a little laugh worthy, and now I'm finally gonna sucker up and update my system so I can be like the cool kids.I'm looking for a well-priced (-$1000 because I'm stingy) prebuilt desktop and/or gaming laptop. I don't need to run this thing on Ultra, but I'm looking for something that can hold my 30+ mods with not a lot of trouble and look pretty good while doing it. I like the laptop for mobility, but a desktop is without a doubt a better choice when it comes to this stuff- have I mentioned I'm difficult? I've been looking at some Laptops and Desktops (Asus, Acer, etc) but I would really like some opinions of your own thoughts and what you guys prefer. Thanks in advance! iXenite
Does it need to pre-built? If so, is that $1000 include just the PC or do you want to include peripherals too? If you're just looking at the PC and nothing else, this Digital Storm PC should be a great system for a pre-built. The cheapest PC they make is $993 USD, and it should be more than enough for playing Skyrim. http://www.digitalstorm.com/vanquish-5.asp Edited September 21, 2016 by DaddyDirection
