Glitch with shield mesh

I've run into a weird glitch with a shield mesh.

 

I'm using Mod Organizer and I installed this Mod recently.

I installed the Mod with its built in DualSheath option in its installer. I also use PerMa (including the Pre PaMa Patches). I also use ASIS and DualSheath Redux, I have generasted the MergePatch in TES5Edit and also a Bashed patch in Wrye Bash for leveled lists. I also made Patches for PerMa, ASIS and Dual Sheath respectively.

 

Now about the glitch:

 

I can see the correct Shield Mesh of the Mod above as long as I have it equipped and drawn. I also see the Mods shield mesh during the unequip animation. However on my back I then have the vanilla ebony shield.

I checked my mod priorities and the Mod above correctly overwrites the meshes provided by DualSheath Redux (the ones for the ebony shield on my back)

Finally someone that has the right load order for Perma.
Differently Ebony.esp
aMidianborn_Skyforge_Weapons.esp
AMB Glass Variants Lore.esp
Replace these with amidianborn content addon that is compatible with Perma (you need the patch).
PerkusMaximus_Master.esp
PerMa Expansion 1 - Wintermyst.esp
PerkusMaximus_Mage.esp
PerkusMaximus_Thief.esp
PerMa_USLEEP master patch.esp<----this needs to go here
PerkusMaximus_Warrior.esp
Pre PaMa WAFR Patch.esp<---you are missing patches (should be Pre PaMa WAFR CCF CCOR Wintermyst Patch.esp)
The part of the load order regarding Perma is good but the rest is bad.
You are using Mod Organizer but you didn't post the mod list in modwatch :wallbash: .

In skyrimprefs.ini:

 

fMeshLODLevel2FadeDist=10000000.0000 ;<-----set to 12000.0000
fMeshLODLevel1FadeDist=10000000.0000 ;<-----set to 16896.0000

Well, guess who taught me about that about 2 weeks ago. Look in the mirror. You probably don't remember since you answer hundreds of posts :laugh:

Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch.esp this should always be right after Dragonborn.esm

 

put this under 3DNPC not in the middle of the Perma mods:

Skyrim Immersive Creatures.esp

Skyrim Immersive Creatures - DLC2.esp
WAF_CCF_SIC Patch.esp

CCO_SIC_Patch.esp

 

WeaponsArmorFixes_ImmersiveWeapons_Patch.esp<---remove this is not needed with Perma (it's already included)

 

Put this higher before SMIM:

 

EnhancedLightsandFX.esp
ELFX - Exteriors.esp
ELFXEnhancer.esp
The rest seems good enough.
Remember to rebuild the patches when you move stuff in the load order.
