Mod that allows custom weapons/armor to be used on random npcs?

Is there a mod out there that allows random mobs to use your custom mod weapons that you installed? I don't like crafting and being the only 1 using it in the world. this goes for armor as well,

I mean to install any weapon/armor mods, then there's a slight chance a random raider or gunner to be using that gun/armor.
I like variety like immersive weapons. thanks.
