Huge load times even though I have good fps

I am currently playing a heavily modded skyrim with nearly hundred mods.

My framerate is pretty good (~25-35 fps,depending on the zone and situation) considering my mods and my rig.

But my load times are huge (nearly 5 to 10 minutes when I fast travel or load my previous saves.) I used savecleaner and I can assure that there are no orphaned and unused scripts in my save.Also my save game size is huge. In my previous playthrough with more mods than now I have my save size of atmost 20MB but now it is going as high as 35 mb.

Please help me on how to effectively decrease my load times and if possible about effective decrease in save size.
