REDEEMEDONE Posted October 3, 2016 Share Posted October 3, 2016 There have been many mods that simply replace your model with a ghoul, but i find this a bit immersion breaking. FO3 had a mod that transformed you in game if you overloaded on rads (seen below) http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/9658/?
