Both my character and follower are both Kahjiit and for some reason when either one is wearing the HOODED version of the Thalmor Robes, it appears without the hood. I tested both of them to see if other hoods had the same effect but to my knowledge it seems that only the hooded version of the Thalmor robes seems to have this problem.
