Perkus Maximus dosen't make any changes to perk trees, despite being installed correctly

I have just switched to mod organizer and reinstalled a light load order to keep stability high.

 

I installed Perkus last and correctly installed nescesary patches, before running patchus and toggling everything on.

 

I am 100% I have installed the mod correctly, it appears in the plugins list like all the other mods I have installed (which work), yet it simply dosen't.

 

I've tried adjusting the load order, repatching, disabling mods to see if its a conflict issue and made a merged patch.

Nothing has worked.

 

EDIT

So I decided f*#@ Perkus and I would install an alternative perk mod instead. However after spending ages setting up ordinator, the games perk trees are even more f*#@ed now.

I have perks called NPC perks 1 and such, I have no idea why this is happening and their are 0 google results on this.

I'm pretty sure java is the correct version as well, however that would only effect the patch creation right?

aMidianborn_Skyforge_Weapons.esp remove already in aMidianBorn_ContentAddon.esp

 

Pre PaMa CCF Wintermyst Patch this is the wrong patch

 

SimplyKnock.esp the patch for Perma is missing

 

load order is a disaster!!!

 

Did you read the FAQ on PCaPP?

 

you are missing a Bashed Patch and TES5Edit Merge Patch

 

You will need to make a NEW game after you fixed everything!!!
