Semi-Automatic SMG

I was thinking the other day about how I have never really used the Sub Machinegun. Early on, .45 ammo is not around enough and later on, one can get the Combat Rifle. I am wondering if someone out there who is more skilled with the CK could make a mod which adds some semi-automatic receivers?

 

I was thinking it should not be as good as the combat rifle so here is what I think it could be.

 

Standard Semi-Auto = 28 damage

Heavy = 33

Hardened = 39

Powerful = 42

 

Would be great if someone make this.
